[ a p1013cen ] 014011278 - e - 01 201 4 / 12 - 10 - 10.3 pr otection circuits the ap10 13 c en has penetration current prevention, thermal shut down and under voltage detection circuits. ? penetration current prevention circuit mos fet turns off both of high side and low side during the dead time period when penetrat ion current prevention circuit operates . during this period, either body diode is turn on depend s on the direction of the current. figure 5 show s an example when the ap10 13 c en drive s t he output from l to h in .
